My approach

We meet to discuss your fitness goals, confidence, experience, and more. Before I can provide a sound plan, it’s important to understand where you are currently in your physical health journey.

Once we have a chance to talk through your expectations, I’ll put together a custom plan for us to meet / connect and keep you on a path towards becoming stronger, faster, or whatever it is you’re working towards. We’ll agree on cadence, cost and I’ll ask you to sign a contract.

This is where the real fun begins! We’ll start to work towards your physical goals week after week, targeting different pain points or muscle groups as we go, depending on your unique fitness journey.

Once every 2 months or every 16 sessions, we’ll pause and reflect on your progress to make sure that the plan we made at the start is still the plan forward. If not, we’ll re-build together as your physical fitness journey continues.
